Newis presents Coffee APPeal, the new free and intuitive application that allows the selection and customization of drinks from smartphones, without interaction with the machine.
The use of Coffee APPeal is very simple as it does not require the creation of an account or the input of any personal data. By simply scanning the QR code on Gaggia, Necta or Wittenborg machines with the smartphone, Coffee APPeal automatically connects via Bluetooth®, without the need to use consumers’ smartphone’s data connection.
Thanks to a user-friendly interface, it is possible to choose the preferred drink and customize it to one’s taste directly from a smartphone, in totally touchless mode and in complete safety. Coffee APPeal also allows users to make multiple selections without logging off.
The application is able to recognize the coffee machine brand it’s working with and customize its graphic interface with the look & feel of Evoca Group’s Gaggia, Necta and Wittenborg brands.
